Rules & Regulations
1. Academic Discipline
- Students must attend all lectures, practicals, and tutorials as per the timetable.
- Minimum attendance of 75% in each subject is mandatory to appear for examinations.
- Students must maintain a minimum CGPA/Grade as prescribed by the academic council.
2. Examination Rules
- Students must carry their college ID and hall ticket during exams.
- Malpractice or cheating will lead to disciplinary action, including debarment from exams.
- Internal assessment marks must be submitted timely; students can appeal discrepancies within 7 days.
3. Code of Conduct
- Students should maintain decorum on campus and respect faculty, staff, and peers.
- Smoking, alcohol, or drugs are strictly prohibited on college premises.
- Ragging in any form is strictly banned as per UGC guidelines.
4. Library & Resource Center
- Library materials must be returned on time; overdue fines apply as per college policy.
- Silence must be maintained in reading halls.
- Digital resources are for academic use only; unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
5. Hostel Rules
- Hostel residents must adhere to hostel timings and maintain cleanliness.
- Visitors are allowed only in designated visiting hours.
- Any damage to property must be reported immediately; cost recovery will apply.
6. Transport & Mess
- Students using college transport must follow the route schedule.
- Mess fees are compulsory; no refund for absenteeism without valid reasons.
- Misbehavior in bus or mess can lead to suspension of services.
7. General Regulations
- Students must carry their college ID at all times.
- Any changes in rules are notified by the Principal/College Authorities.
- Compliance with local laws and college regulations is mandatory.
